Last time I post this. It ends Friday.

I was able to coordinate a little cross charity thing betwen myself and one of my co-workers. If we at KoP are able to raise some money for her MS Challenge Walk she will take some raffle tickets for the affiliate gathering on June 6th to sell for us at one of her events.

She is raising money by selling some items from The Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple and Arbonne. I will have a Pampered Chef catologue with me for the next two weeks but if you want to check the other places for stuff to buy, the websites are below. If you decide to purchase anything just be sure to note her name (Karyn Homka) or you can email her your order at ksh8105@verizon.net

I know if at least some of us help out we can get a lot more money raised for our thing in june.

The websites are

aim,
i think i will pass on the trevor wod. i was wondering is the painstorm wod on mem. day...is that free of cost for everyone (like if we wanted to bring someone new), or just another regular class for members? I know you mentioned it free in an earlier post, but wasn't sure?! and..congrats on your 110# ohs...thats sick. i thought about that all night...those abs come in handy girl!

Awesome row times. i get tired thinking about it.

Yea, just to clarify, the Trevor WOD is at 9AM on Memorial Day the cost is $200 for a team of 4 and the cost is essentially a donation of one cooling vest (Mist-n-go) to a deployed service person in Iraq or Afghanistan.

The 11AM WOD is a PainStorm WOD and Free of Cost...New CrossFitters are always welcome, everything is scaleable. The PainStorm will not be revealed until 11AM that day.

The Memorial Day Party will start after the PainStorm WOD.

Thanks Han. I Heart OHS about as much as you Heart Thrusters... 15 Body Weight is the goal...

I'll shoot a donation your way for this. The soldiers need as much help as they can get.
