150 Push-ups
*each time you break from the Push-ups and "rest" you must complete one Hill sprint.

"Rest" is considered stopping in the down phase of the push-up with chest to the ground.
"Rest" is considered stopping in the up phase of the push-up with your butt in the air.
"Rest" is considered coming on to the knees.

The final workout of the NorCal Regional Qualifier has gotten a lot of attention.
It was:
22 deadlifts @ 315#/185#
Farmers walk with 45#/25# dumbbells to top of inner loop (hill)
22 thrusters with 45#/25# dumbbells
Farmers walk with 45#/25# dumbbells to bottom of inner loop (hill)
Run to pull-up bar and do 22 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Run to top of outer loop (hill)
22 overhead squats @ 95#/65#
Run to bottom of inner loop (hill)

Just finished this at home:

Time 19:19

I got 35 PU's on the firt set, 15 on the second set, and then 10 for the remaining sets. Did them all from toes.

One lap in my driveway is about 150 yards, half of that is uphill, but not as bad as the hill at the box. 11 laps total.

Finished up with 3 sets of 10L/10R Renegade Rows w/ 20 lb DBs to get in some pulls to balance out all of those pushes.

For those of you who remember the old days at the FAC and that big tire that loomed in the back...we have clearance, it's ours!! Now we need a truck and about 5-10 strong CrossFitters to assist as we bring it to the box. Post to comments if you can help and when. Thanks! -Aimee
