YEAHHH BUDDYY!!! Gentleman and a STUD. His work ethic at the gym is inspirational. I often leave the gym with Swine in the wake doing extra work-leaving me scratching my head wondering if I should be doing something else...the progress you've made since we first met last May has been unbelievable. Also, if you don't see Aimee or Jen's face (the HOT chick's at the desk) right when you walk in, you get a huge smile and a welcome from Swine and immediately feel one of the family. Ok, i realize this is supposed to be bout sectionals, but I've gotta give some all around props to this kid. Keep it up, you're a true pleasure to be around and brighten everyones day. Thanks for all your support for me and my dad over the past year.

oh, and you're going to KICK ASS at the sectionals!

Go KoP!

I consider Swine a true CrossFitter. Good at everything. He is going to muscle up, snatch, GHD, rope climb, handstand, row and clean his way through sectionals!

I am amazed on how much Swine has improved in such a short period of time. When we were at the FAC, I remember coming home and telling Aim about the guy that ran sideways on the treadmill. Low and behold he showed up in class one day and struggled with me on the black band and with 30 pound OHS. A LOT has changed since then including Swine's ability to whoop up on a WOD. Depending on the WODs, you are the black horse to look out for. I like the odds. Good work man and keep on kicking it, FAC style.

I couldn't have said it better myself and agree 100%. I love seeing Paul at the box!

Good luck, buddy! Can't wait to watch you and everyone else compete!

I think Paul's smile is sexy too, so good luck paul. It's been a pleasure growing with you since the beginning at FAC. Your motivating factor is appreciated by so many newcomers as well.

what i like about swine: he had the first animal nickname. also, his pink socks ROCK. also, if he's in the box, he is so damn helpful...always giving tips on form, encouragements, etc.

Swine...i am rooting for you!!!

Swine - you are the very first person I met when I walked in the door for the first time in September, 2009. I joined the next day. Your energy and enthusiasm for crossfit are magnetic. Keep up the great work and kick some ass at sectionals.

Thanks everyone for the words of kindness and encouragement. I cannot express how much it means. You are all a part of my family. Each and every one of you from my start almost 2 years ago has meant something to me and each of you are a huge part of my life. I promise to not let any of you down at sectionals.

Also, I expect to see A LOT more profiles of athletes from KOP doing sectionals next year. I will try my best to make that happen.

Swine, if you keep the attitude that you can kick my ass in a 50 free ... you'll kick ass at sectionals! Best of luck and thanks for all the support.

Just wanted to say the first time I met Swine was at the Yak in the Box and I was pretty sure it was impossible to do 50 double unders in a minute until I watched him do 129. I'm still blown away by that performance. What an athlete!
