Aimee, I'm doing the Burpees but just haven't seen you yet to give you the money. Will do once I come in.

I would do the pull up challenge but I don't have regular access to a pull up bar and putting a towel over my bathroom door can cause structural problems as I rent.

No extra burpees or double unders for me I need all the recovery time I can get.

today was just day one right? so ya'll just did one exercise correct?

the way i understood the challenge was that you just had to do all of them that day...seems like thats not the case based on previous blog posts

Kit- 1 on day one which was yesterday, 2 on day 2 which was today....and so on until day 100 which is November 5th 2009. Hope you can make it home for the celebration!

Same boat as Chris. I'm in for DU's. Also unofficially gonna try a 100 push up challenge.
