Did 3 WODs at home. This is what happens when you do all of your chores on Friday:

WOD 1: Strength
3X10 200 lb Bench Press
3X10 50 lb Cable Flys

WOD 2: Helen
Time: 13:48 New PR
Last attempt in April was 16:54 on the same home course. That is a 3:06 improvement. Where the heck did that come from?

Wod 3: 5 Rounds for time
10 Hang Squat Cleans 70 lbs.
10 GHD Back Extensions
10 GHD Sit Ups
Time: 14:57

My homemade GHD is awesome! I love this stuff.
