This is EXCITING! The founder Zionna and her team from Barbells for Boobs will be visiting ALL day tomorrow, Thursday 10/7. They have chosen CrossFit KoP as part of their Northeast tour, we are honored to welcome them!!! They will be talking about their cause and non-profit organization and "coaching" the WOD "Helen meets Grace in all classes tomorrow.
Saturday, 7 AM and 9 AM classes will be at the Lyons Den, 555 w. Beidler Rd, KoP.
Sunday 9 AM Cardio will be back at the main gym with Coach Danielle.
