It has to be at least 90 degrees and sunny, wearing long pants, long sleeve shirt and then lift bales of hay (about 40 lb each) onto the wagon, off the wagon and into the hay mow for hours! It is the sweatiest workout I have ever done!

Favorite lift/movement? Push press (learned at my first class) and Pull-ups
What’s your least favorite lift/movement? Snatch – I just can’t get it!

What you say is your biggest improvement since starting CF? Coordination and strength
Who is your favorite coach? Aimee – thank you for starting the wonderful and wacky masters class – love it! Also enjoy when Steph and Jenna coach the masters class too!
PR's to mention? Goals Reached? Nutrition highlights?..Any weight lifting – never lifted a bar before crossfit! Learning so many new skills! Definitely eat less sugar and chips! Try to eat healthier!
