Spend 20 minutes working on your Clean and Jerk Technique

then:
Clean and Jerk Ladder (95/135#)

"Ladder" means 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 reps in the third minute, so on and so forth, until you can no longer complete the required reps within the minute.

Your score will be total reps completed.

I was rewarded nicely for doing this wod twice...a certain member doing strength. .had on the most amazing form fitting pants tonight.... ;)
