Sorry 9/10 am classes.. I plugged my phone into the comp and it synced and deleted recent pics. If you remember your time and weight post away. Good job to Steve on his second class, really figured out that clean. Plentus worked hard through the 205 and flew through Burpees at the end. Kim and her new set up looked great today. Jason, needs to lift more weight! Looked good man. And the 10am class cheering on Joe G. at the end was awesome. Great work to all of you.
