All the food looks great! We made coconut pancakes on Sunday morning and I thought they were great. Even though it was the holiday, I still stuck to the no sugar as much as I could - I splurged in the adult beverage category though :)
I'd love the thai lettuce wrap recipie

I'm not big on the measuring category when I cook, but here it goes...I sautéed some Onions, Garlic and chopped red pepper, I seasoned the Ground Turkey with salt and pepper, sautéed until almost cooked added some teriyaki sauce (tried to find the lowest sugar possible, the Paleo police might get me on this one, but oh well), and finished off with some shredded carrots (they only take a few seconds to cook up) put inside lettuce and eat!

it was hard to stay away from the chips and dip, chocolate cake, and beer, but I did it. Of course I had 5 glasses of wine, but I consider that my week of antioxidants, plus it made me better at Rock Band

Didn't have any events this weekend, but do have a few things to go to this weekend. I think it will be a little easier to stay away from the "bad" stuff because I lost 11lbs this week and look forward to keeping it going. Gonna try some of the recipes. The pancakes sound good. Chris, going to try to make the almond butter this week

11 lbs??? sweet life Mike!

Kristin and I just made pumpkin walnut muffins. Easy recipe, tastes good! (probably not zone, but pretty clean)

For 12 pumpkin muffins, mix:
Six eggs, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 4 tbsp. coconut oil (we did 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tbsp. butter b/c no coconut oil) 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. agave, (you can do 4-6 tbsp. of agave instead of honey) 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 cup walnuts (optional)

Pour into muffin pan with 3 Tbsp. of mix in each cup. bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes.

The only thing we would change is adding pumpkin spice to get a little more pumpkin flavor. Overall though, awesome for those craving the texture of bread!
