JZ - tell me about this mashed cauliflower...

How did you make it? Cook the cauliflower then puree it with some olive oil maybe?

Seriously JZ needs to make a recipe book! His food always looks soooo yummy!!!

Oh and the portion sizes always look wayyyyyyy to small, so that right there tells me about my portion sizes.

Nikki, you just steam the cauliflower until it is soft, then gradually put it in a food processor with butter (a few tables spoons) and salt and pepper. I added a little bit of heavy cream this time too, but that is not necessary.
