"The BEAR Complex"
You have 5 rounds to find your max weight at:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
These exercises must be done in succession without putting the bar down for seven times through the sequence.
You may rest as needed between rounds.
Contact with the floor must be touch-and go during sequences.
Rest anywhere but the floor.

If we drop the bar do we have a penalty?
Technically no penalty. You just don't get to claim you did that weight.
If a situation is bothering you, realize that you are the one bothered and it is you that requires change. This may not be a simple decision, it may take some time to change the way you react to certain situations, but it will be well worth it!
