The mornings are getting cooler...Fall is on the way and so are a few September Schedule Updates at CrossFit KoP:

As of 9/1/14 Boot Camp will be taking a break until Spring. We loved everyones support of this class and will have more fun next Spring! 

Structured strength will be cancelled on Monday at 6:30PM and Tuesday at 10:30 AM. 

Wednesday morning we will offer a NEW CLASS and time, From 6:30-8:00AM Structured strength will convert to Open Strength (programming can and will still be provided if the athlete prefers)

CrossFit Endurance will run through October, look for a POSE workshop coming soon from Coach TP!

Labor day 9/1, we will offer a 10AM WOD and 11:30 Open Strength to celebrate the end of summer.
