Nice job today with the heavy deads! I saw people really testing their limits with the weight, which wasn't an easy task after a nearly pitch black 800M run....awesome work today.

I am scared.

See you at noon.

Woah, that sucked . . . can't wait to do it again.

Props to TimMc for setting a torrid pace on the opening 800m.

As this is my first day back in like, forever, how should I scale this? I know lighter weight, obviously, but any other suggestions? 15-9-6? I know I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow, but I don't want to be dead.

Chuckie,
I would keep the rep scheme the same but scale the weight appropriately so you are using the best form possible even if that feels light. If the run seems too long for you to do, then scale the distance.

Deadlift efficiency= Using your legs!! Stripper dead= no legs!! Spread that ground, push those knees out and lift with that ass :-)))

dropping from the top saves that eccentric loading on the back. Not that it meant a pain-free workout though. Although everyone finished strong, props to Jackie H. and Damien for the best sprints (from what I saw) to finish this workout
