Will tonights workout require a lot of lower back strength?

My back is killing me from last nights dead lifts and I want to make sure that I an do the workout tonight

I think the generic CrossFit answer is that every work will effect every muscle group. lol.

you know you are close to fluent when you start busting out the street lingo. nice one mil. spanish contraction (well more puerto rican) for mi hija or slang for sweetheart. i am impressed.
