Back Squat
Take as many sets as necessary to find your 20 Rep max

Cash out:
for time:
Double Unders
5-10-15-20-25-30-35-30-25-20-15-10-5
These sets must be unbroken and there must be a brief pause between sets. 
Time cap 10 minutes. 
If you are not proficient with Double Unders and cannot execute unbroken sets, you will work for 10 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible. 

Community Notes: 
All weekend classes will be held in the Annex 110C Dekalb. Meet and park there.
