Who is to say how successful you are? Success means different things to different people. What you may see as a failure another person may see as a valiant effort. even if you have done nothing at all -you are still successful... at doing nothing. However there is no sweeter taste than finally clearing that obstacle that has been in your way once and for all!

Bill and Candy - great having you in class. Candy keep the arms straight off the floor. Bill keep the bar closer to the body.
Alison- floss your knees
Diane- GET UNDER THE BAR
Dave- nice 175PR...now get those Abductors stronger so you can keep your knees out in the bottom and then you can get 185...
