Great job everyone! I like that everyone was pushed themselves but was aware of form at the same time, especially with power snatches!

I don't know about you but my shoulders are still sore from 12.5!

nice work challenging yourselves on the hspu's, esp. compared to the last time you did them. Make sure to be patient on that 2nd pull of the snatch and jump those feet out to the same position as your squat/squat snatch.
