100 Air Squats
20 Push-ups
75 Air Squats
15 Push-ups
50 Air Squats
10 Push-ups
25 Air Squats
5 Push-ups

Park WOD:
Nikki's Valley Forge Park WOD from 1-2:ooPM
Running, stair sprints, push-ups, box jumps (aka rock wall jumps and picnic bench jumps), and other fun exercises.

I showed up at vfp at one, didn't know the time changed... Decided to do the at home wod outside...1/4 mile run warm up...16:43 on the wod...yay squats!

We did the away WOD but added situps, same # as squats to each 'round'
