I need to give mad props to Meighan today. Meg wanted a private on endurance so I came up with a little something called, "Fight Gone Really Really Bad". Meg needed to complete 40 reps at each station (Rowing-calories, wall balls, box jump, sdlhp, and puss press) before moving to the next station. She needed to complete 3 rounds with a well deserved minute break between rounds. For those that have seen Meg in class, she is typically found jumping a 13 inch box with a 45lb plate on it. Well not today! After about 10 minutes of fear conquering, Meg managed to use the Rx 20'' woman's height for all 120 jumps! She finished the workout in a nice 51:45. Round 1 was 16:06, followed by 16:02, followed by a final round of 17:33. Job well done girl, you should be proud of yourself today! Go get some Chik-Fil-A but don't tell Aimee, your secret is safe with me. Ooops!

I also want to tip my cap to Liz today. Liz met a workout that was not to her liking but managed to pound through the entire time, rep by rep, never giving up. Good job girl!
