I hope there's no sugar in whiskey or this could get dangerous.

Also, I think whiskey is permitted doug but in small quantites.

In honor of our last day with sugar, i just ate an entire bag of valentine's candy hearts. One serving is 38g of sugar, so by eating the entire bag i just consumed 190g of sugar...plenty for all of us! No need to thank me, i just took one for the team! yee ha!

Lol - you guys are hilarious with the sugar stories. Not sure I can give up sugar just yet, its in almost everything...I had a wrap and whole wheat pita chips for lunch, and I checked the ingredients, yup includes sugar! Looking forward to the info.
