I like results posted in the WOD.

I like Doug's music, it fires me up so I will defer to him.

I also want it known that I did one hand kb swings with a 25 pound to make it a little harder. I am not that much of a sissy. :)

Cinnamon roll Zone Bars are really good.

Last nights work out destroyed me. Today's was not much better.

Man - I know how to do these, the Turkish Getups, already and I missed it because I was sleepy!

I would like the results posted in the WOD for names that begin with a vowel and all other names in the comments sections except every third week where it would be reversed. In june I prefer to have results in WOD only. (JK)

New song
Tom Petty - Learning to Fly
Bruce Springsteen - Human Touch
Aerosmith - love in an elevator
Notorious BIG - Juicy

How many blocks are in a Zone bar?

The Turkish get-ups were fun. You know, a little spice in the workout. Never did them in a wod before.

I like the results in WOD... or Joe's method sounds simple and convenient, too.

New Music! WAHOO!!
I'll have to double check to make sure i get the titles right but something from Kid Dynamite, Violent Society, maybe Blood for Blood, or Dillinger Four or Youth of Today or Black Flag or Warzone or The Nobodys or Anti-Heroes... Oh! or Cannibal Corpse or Napalm Death... too many to choose!

I like the results in the WOD section also. As for the tunes, just the band names Cannibal Corpse, and Napalm Death (old english punk rock) should be enough to scare us all into our WODs- Thanks Doug.

bubba sparxxx ms. new booty
all american rejects move along
beyonce ring the alarm
i prefer songs i've heard of and that aren't from a time warp :)

i get zone bars at cost-co in bulk for cheaper than any other place, if anyone is interested!

post the results in the WOD. i like to show my results off!! well, most of the time anyway.

Zone bars are typically two blocks.

Thanks for all the new music selections...I'll have to keep this play list away from the "kids" class when it materializes!

I think some people are confused.

Napalm Death is Miley Cyrus' back-up band. At least that's the Napalm Death I was thinking of.

I like the results in the WOD section.

Songs:
any Korn
Linkin Park
Rob Zombie
Missy Elliot

Thanks Aimee, I started to eat in the "zone" this week....

Here are my thought:

1. Joe is brilliant and I think results should be posted the way he suggests EXCEPT I would like all of Jeff's results posted with a twinkling lights effect because they are always so outstanding!
2. All music should be from the 60's and 70's so that Jeff and I can feel at home. American Woman is a particular favorite.
3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Zone bars RULE!

Jason,

That photo would make Pavel proud....the 25 lb bell, not so much.

Just kiddin, brotha. I'll be trying this one tommorrow with my one and only 35 lb bell. I may have to work in some windmills if I can't hang on the get ups. Sorry I missed this one.
