Nice! I was just checking the site so I could comment on how sore my upper body is and how much I was looking forward to a good old fashioned metcon tonight to work out the kinks. this should do it and then some.

Um, how many times down the parking lot to the "X" is the 800 meters?

800 meters is down and back and down and back. So you need to round the "x" twice per 800. I will be enjoying my rest day very much so but this does look nice. Maybe I will make it up someday. I need my beauty rest to prepare for fight gone bad tomorrow at 7:00 AM. This kid wants a PR. I do not think that you get a partner Miranda.

no score, some dude in the 8am got a 332 or something ridiculous.

my goal was 255 though so i cannot complain.
