I am saddened by the small classes this am...it's snatch day!! Now I know not everyone shares the slightly insane love I have for this lift, but we ALL need to work this lift!! Technique and strength are as integral to CrossFit as metcons! P.S. MetCon gets better (and at some point will only get better) if the other two improve.

I hear ya Steph..maybe we'll see a spike in the evening classes. Landing a good snatch is a great feeling, once you hit one, you'll be addicted to training it.
