BarBelles is CrossFit King of Prussia's all-women's strength and conditioning program run by Coach Plentus. We saw a need for women to become comfortable with strength training and created an eight week program for a small group of women to focus on explosive power and strength movements. The first session ran in early 2013 and the ladies saw gains of 10-30% on their power and olympic lifts, all while not getting "bulky."
