Greetings from CrossFit Ignite. Chris, thank you for coming up this weekend. I'd also like to thank you for sharing what you knew about pose running. I am just starting to research it, so hearing about it from someone who is further along was very helpful.

You guys have some great workouts here. I really liked the partner one from a few days ago. I hope to stop by someday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plentus and Kit are machines. Impressive deads gentleman. Plentus especially at 2.8 times his body weight. MONSTER.
