I was just reviewing these scores and wanted to give a quick shout out to all the ladies (not excluding the gentlemen of course) but... to see how strong you are all getting AWESOME! Kudos to Dana, Kristen, Sheng-Ching, Kim G, CC, Megann, Lindsey & Kristin for throwing around 73#/75#, that's no joke!!! Nice Work!

No worries Aimee...
Maybe my squats will be full depth some day or maybe they won't. I would have thought that after 15 months they would have been... but they are not.
But whether I get an 'Rx' a 'DC' or a 'Scale' next to my name is meaningless if I leave there knowing that I didn't give it my best. And so far...that hasn't happened. Cause that's all you can ask of yourself... That to me is the bottom line....

2nd on the amen!! We must accept were we are....we can have goals but if that is the only reason why we are crossfitting than one day we won't love it anymore. There must be value in the doing in each and every wod, not for the progress it will allow us in the future. FORM follows function. If the function of the wod is giving your body MOVEMENT that it craves, having fun, pushing your limits, the FORM (how your body looks and perfoms) will follow. Enjoy every WOD and you will get to the highest possible expression of form....for YOUR BODY (which is fucking awesome just the way it is!)

Getting off my soap box...

Congrats Jerry on getting the max amount of letters in parenthesis after a score!!! :-)
