There must be value in the doing in each and every wod, not for the progress it will allow us in the future. FORM follows function. If the function of the wod is giving your body MOVEMENT that it craves, having fun, pushing your limits, the FORM (how your body looks and perfoms) will follow. I would have thought that after 15 months they would have been... but they are not.<br />But whether I get an 'Rx' a 'DC' or a 'Scale' next to my name is meaningless if I leave there knowing that I didn't give it my best. And so far...that hasn't happened. Cause that's all you can ask of yourself...
