Question: Back extensions on the GHD are Rx, or Rx plus? I know they're Rx plus for Michael, but I thought they were just Rx for Filthy 50.

Donkey- Back extensions on the GHD are "true" Rx'd in the filthy fifty based on CFHQ standards, but at CrossFit KoP prior to getting a GHD (in the early days) we considered the back extension/superman on the floor as Rx'd. So if someone wanted to compare apples to apples we keep the standard the same.
