There is not one single thing in that list that doesn't sound like a blast and I can't wait!

Any chance I could squeeze in a short, like 5-10 minute WOD at the end? With my recent 4 weeks off and lots of travel coming up in the next two weeks, I can't afford to miss an opportunity to work hard and try to catch up. Everyone is just smoking me right now and it totally sucks.

LOL Doug, I'd be up for it. I'm excited to try out some of the skills - I thought muscle ups and ring dips are the same thing, guess I'll learn for real tonight.

Jill-Pistol is a single leg squat. You can do these with your one good ankle :-)

Doug-I will include a 5-10 minute WOD at the end.

Truth be told, Sam H. is actually from the 12:00 class. Sam is a true athlete he's 50 years old, an awesome runner, a pro on the rings and check out his Cindy score sometime...that's with dead hang pull-ups!
Everyone did an amazing job today.
