hurray for the open gym next week! I get kinda depressed when I miss classis girls like "diane"...

So many options ("Linda" anyone?) & a whole week yet to miss another one or two, but anyone that's up for some oly lifting, I think I'll be looking for some partners for the full-on, no f'n around 1 RM max snatch, (squat) clean, & C&J for me... with a tidy little 5 minute metcon afterwords.

Sam - despite the words "full-on", "f'n" & "snatch", there is no sexual connatation in the above post, what are you some kinda wierdo?

Doug sweet, Linda is cute. I love open gym days, we can work on gymnastics too.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars for time.
