AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 Front Squats (95/135#)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10  Burpees over the bar (athlete must leave from two feet and land on two feet)

Community Notes:
Open gym will run this Sunday 11/3  from 11-1PM. Come out to meet our new Coach Emily and learn some gymnastics from her...that's her specialty!  This is a time that is a FREE session to members to work on a missed wod, skill or strength.  If you cannot make Wolverine on Thursday this would also be a good time to make up that missed WOD.
