For anyone wondering....a break is pausing at the bottom. If you pause at the top, we will let you go but a pause at the bottom and you become a jumping lima bean.

This is the kind of workout that shows you, that you can do more than you think is possible! I saw all of you fight for those reps, way past what was comfortable! Shout out to Mike P. who did his first DU (and immediatly started focusing on his next goal to string them) and NicOle for setting a PR of 25 unbroken DU (mid WOD!)

Spicy.... I kept thinking... still better than doing 50 burpees every time you drop the barbell...

Aimee, the 400m farmer's carry warmup and the 45 burpee cashout really made this one memorable...

I'm glad Jason didn't make us do 100 overhead squats
