Depending how many arrive to the class, the work load will be made for teams of 5, 4 or 3 athletes.

For Time:
Teams of 5: 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball, 400 Push-ups, 300 KettleBell Swings (55#/35#), 400 Thrusters 45#, 5 Rope Climbs, 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball.

Teams of 4: 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball, 300 Push-ups 200 KettleBell Swings (55#/35#), 300 Thrusters 45#, 4 Rope Climbs, 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball.

Teams of 3: 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball, 250 Push-ups, KettleBell Swings (55#/35#), 250 Thrusters 45#, 3 Rope Climbs, 400m Run carrying a 14# Med-ball.

**The 400M runs must be completed as a team. Only two athletes can work at one time for the remainder of the exercises. Exercises can be completed in any order. The rest is up to your team...3...2...1...GO!

Thanks friends...my true success is not the weightloss but in the freedom and joy I feel choosing health over he last year. The pictures are evidence that achieving ur healthiest body doesn't have to be a chore if u accept yourself and then live in alignment with self love.Soo glad I found my way to cfkop...I have never had so much fun with my body in my whole life. The community is amazing.

Steph, i've watched your insane struggles with weight since you were very young. I've seen the pounds come and go throughout the years. I've seen you happy and i've seen you miserable at both ends of the spectrum, but i have never seen you connect all the dots like you are doing right now! You are getting it! You are being the best you because you have the guts to dig deep, get honest, and make changes, real HARD changes! Congratulations on a tremendous transformation!
