Death by Goblet Squat
(athletes/coaches will choose weights)


With a continuously running clock do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute…… continuing as long as you are able.

All weekend classes will be held at the Annex 110 C. Meet and park there. There will no CFKids class today at 10AM.
