In case you can't get enough of the CrossFit Central East Regionals, our paparazzi in the making have captured every moment from the the Event. While the athletic performances last weekend were awesome to behold and inspirational to all, we couldn't have produced the outcomes we did without the folks who were there supporting us. They not only yelled themselves hoarse they coached, cajoled, cooked, cleaned, fetched, carried, took pictures, drove, bought groceries and fixed toilets. Many thanks to Timmy P., John & Eileen, Jim C. (plus MJ & John), and Gran's mom, Linda for all that you did. We couldn't have done it without you!!
Is that Jason on the HQ website? Looks like he has good cammand of some kind of muscle up...
Cind, did you exclude me because of our hot tub discussion? LOL! Kidding. Jason does not equal MU...YET...stupid right elbow!
Sorry Jas, definitely didn't exclude you on purpose! I'll never forget you yelling for me to quit celebrating and put more weight on to try another lift! I wouldn't have competed at all without your help and support so I will always be grateful that you are in my life. You're one of the good ones!!
