In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Repeat 3 rounds.

Sumo deadlift high-pull 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump 20 box (Reps)
Push-press 75/55 pounds (Reps)

Aimee, seenig that this is a shorter WOD, can we have counters? If I did not have to worry about counting I may do much better. What do you think? I am really looking forward to this WOD.
