Tabata Olympic Lifts
8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
Deadlift 95#/65# (Use the same #)
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Jerk

The minimum number of reps is the score for each exercise.
