"Aimee" is such a nice name, why would you want to put a name like that to a workout people may dread. A workout like this should be called "Ursula" or... i'm gonna stop right there is case anyone knows anyone with names like I am thinking. You get the idea though.

I think wall balls may be harder than kb swings but who knows. that 55 lb bell is going to get HEAVY.
