“Lord, your discipline is good, for it leads to life and health. You restore my health and allow me to live.” (Isaiah 38:16). One of the reasons I see CrossFit as a gift is because it does a body good – which God intends for each of us this new year. There are so many parallels between the CrossFit philosophy and how we grow in our walk with God.
