2 Rounds of:
8 Minute AMRAP of:
Ladder up by 2 of:
2 Burpees
2 Odd Object Back Squat
2 Sit-ups

Rest 4:00 Minutes between rounds

Coaches notes: 
If you have equipment at home load up the weights/db/kb for your back squat.... If no odd objects or weights, just air squat.
