Tabata Hollow Holds
8 rounds: 20 seconds on 10 off

5 Rounds, not for time:
Handstand hold 1 minute (against wall) or Max distance handstand walk
Hold the bottom of the squat for 1 minute

(accumulate the time if you cannot complete it in 1:00)
