EMOM 5 Burpees
60 Snatches 65/95#
60 Clean and Jerks 65/95#
60 Thrusters 65/95#

Teams of two (or solo if you prefer) complete 5 Burpees on the Minute and then use the remainder of the time to chip away at the reps, one athlete working at a time. The score will be the total time to complete all the work.

Community Notes:
All today's classes will be held in the Annex 110C DeKalb Street. Please meet and park there. There will be NO CrossFit Kids- Preschool class today.
