Mobility Monday:

Today's 5:30 & 6:30 PM Mobility Class will focus on the Posterior chain - We'll unglue and stretch, and work to increase our range of motion. If you've never used a lacrosse ball to work out the kinks, this is your chance! As always, bring questions, the more the merrier.

Ugh, so not looking forward to this one tonight...

On a side note, some people I know from grad school are looking into getting a co-ed soccer team together to play in the Philly Sport league starting 3/12. We are definitely looking for women, but need more men as well :) Let me know if you are interested!

Here are more details:
the games are played anytime from 9 to 2 pm on Saturdays. The games are at Fairmount park:

•Fairmount Park (Chamounix Falls)

•Fairmount Park (Rugby Fields)

It's 8 a-aside. We were hoping to get up to 12 ppl so it'd be around 40 dollars a person... 6 guys and 6 girls.

Unfortunately, I can't play on Saturdays, but if anyone knows of any soccer teams that play on Mon, Tues, or Weds night and need a guy, let me know!
