I have no idea who Rx'd and scaled today so please take your own notes to track progress. A note to everyone, if you would like your weights recorded on the blog, please make sure that they are on the board before leaving. You can write, Rx, Scale, or what scale as you see fit.

I just wanted to let everyone know that you inspired me today. You come to a gym voluntarily and when the WOD is over and another hurdle is thrown at you, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU took that challenge head on and conquered it. That speaks VOLUMES of your character so I am so very proud of all of you. I am also proud of those that have no idea how many reps they got in the final challenge. You were not concerned about how well you did but that you did it. Good on you! You guys are amazing to be around and it was my honor to coach all of you today!
