How do you (or not) count a score for this one?

Is it 30 seconds through each individual exercise, then 45, then 1 minute?

Mike F.- Yep, you got it :30 through each exercise, rest for :30 seconds, :45 seconds through each exercise rest for :45 seconds and then the grand finale 1:00 through each exercise. Counting reps is optional.
