This workshop will help you run with better posture, less injury and be more efficient in your stride. You will be introduced to POSE Techniques, which enable athletes of all levels to perform at their best and to reduce stress and impact on the body.

Tim is CrossFit Endurance (POSE running) Certified, Crossfit Level 1 Certified, a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach, USA Triathlon Coach, and American Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certified.
