20 seconds at each, 10 second transition.
- Sumo Squat
- Toes Hip Sky
- Lateral Lunge
- Shoulder TaPs
- Frankensteins
- Jump Squats

For time:
100 Odd Object Thrusters

Every Minute on the Minute perform 5 Burpees

COVID Core Cash out:
8 Intervals
:20 Flutter Kicks
:10 Sit-ups

Coaches Notes:
Record time to complete the workout and get creative on the Thrusters, pick up a dining room chair, use some fire wood, maybe even a stuffed animal....your choice.
