Way to crush it today guys...saw some great dead lifts today, especially from Mark C (says he's a Donkey product). Still having trouble with the DU? Gotta hit em often, pick a number each time you come in or whenever you can at home and just get after it, it takes practice, but it can be done.

Correction: I actually did SU rest of the rounds, I attempted to do DU in begin and ..well it wasn't my day lol. Time to practice DU again!
