100 Thrusters 105/155#
50 Chest to bar Pull-ups
200M Fireman's carry
Work must be completed in the order indicated above. Two athletes work at at time. All four athletes finish with the fireman's carry - each athlete must complete one 100M leg of the fireman's carry.
